NDAA Thanks Vermont Parks Forever

Providing disabled athletes the opportunity to participate in adaptive sports at low or no cost is central to our mission. It is one significant way in which NDAA is unique. We would not be able to provide these opportunities without donations from partner organizations in our communities.

Today, on behalf of NDAA’s Board of Directors, I would like to thank Vermont Parks Forever (VPF). VPF has supported our adaptive kayaking program since its first outings. A grant from VPF paid for the park entrance fees for all NDAA adaptive kayakers during the 2019 kayaking season.

We share VPF’s goal of increasing park access to underserved communities, and we appreciate their generosity in helping to make kayaking accessible for all visitors to Vermont State Parks.
